Keith Sill focuses on monetary policy and macroeconomics, research areas that feed directly into the Federal Reserve’s mandate to promote price stability and full employment. Keith serves as associate director of Research and director of the Real-Time Data Research Center, a go-to source for up-to-date economic data, macroeconomic forecast surveys, and macroeconomic modeling. Included in Keith's responsibilities is the Philadelphia Research Intertemporal Stochastic Model-II (PRISM-II). The Fed uses Keith’s research and the center’s analyses to help calibrate monetary policy to promote conditions that help grow and protect the health of the U.S. economy.
Keith was previously an instructor at the University of Virginia and was a graduate intern at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. Keith has a Ph.D. and M.A. from the University of Virginia and a B.S. from the Ohio State University.
