The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, in partnership with several regional Reserve Banks, is pleased to announce that the application for the 2024 ROC Cohort Program has opened.

ROC 2024 cohorts will participate in one of two topical tracks: inclusive rental housing or workforce development.

Join us to hear from program leads Ali Shott and Sloane Kaiser about the goals of the program, what’s involved, and how to apply. Presenters will also dive deeper into how communities have benefited from this program and what outcomes they have achieved. There will also be an opportunity for participants to ask questions. A session recording will also be made available.

Since 2020, the ROC Cohort Program has been working alongside cross-sector community groups to identify and address barriers to inclusive growth in their local economies. To date, 28 communities from 15 states have participated in the program.
