Designed for students in their junior or senior year of college, the goal of the program is to equip students with the skills and knowledge they need to plan for success in the workforce.

The six-month program includes one-on-one mentoring and group seminars. Each student is paired with a Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia team member based on professional interests and field of study.
