Tri-State Tracking

The Philadelphia Fed’s Tri-State Tracking series provides statewide summaries of economic conditions using monthly and quarterly data of employment, housing, and personal income. The latest update includes monthly data for employment and mortgage delinquencies through September 2025 and building permits through August 2025, along with quarterly data for house prices through the third quarter of 2025 and personal income through the second quarter of 2025.
