Martin P. Connor

Martin P. Connor has been CFO of Toll Brothers, Inc., a luxury homebuilder and Fortune 500 company, since 2010. He has direct responsibility for Accounting, Finance, Tax, Investor Relations, and several other departments.

Before joining Toll Brothers, Connor was the CFO and director of operations for a $4 billion diversified commercial real estate development company in the Mid-Atlantic region and had spent more than 20 years at Ernst & Young as an audit and advisory business services partner.

Connor is a three-time recipient of the Homebuilder CFO of the Year award from Institutional Investor magazine. He serves on the advisory council of Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation and on the board of trustees of Holy Ghost Preparatory School, his high school. He has also served on the real estate advisory council of the Archdiocese of Philadelphia.

Connor is a certified public accountant and a graduate of the University of Notre Dame. He has been an active volunteer for various community and youth athletic organizations.
