William Lo, deputy chair and a Class C director, is the CEO of Crystal Steel Fabricators, Inc. (CSF). His term began on January 1, 2024.

Crystal has established eight state-of-the-art steel plants in Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee offering a combined 300,000+ sq. ft. of fabrication space and the services of 300 steelworkers. CSF also offers manufacturing and back-office support from several facilities in the Philippines.

From 2000 to 2003, he founded and was president of Immequire, Inc., which opened one of the first call centers in the Philippines to support U.S. clients.

Lo is a director for the Mid-Atlantic Steel Fabricators Association and a trustee of the Episcopal Academy. Lo has an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an M.S. and a B.S. in electrical engineering and a B.A. in history, all from Stanford University.
