William Lo, chair of the Bank’s board of directors and a Class C director, is the chief executive officer of Crystal Steel Fabricators, Inc. (CSF).

Founded in 1992 as a family-owned business, CSF has grown into a leading steel fabrication company with eight state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities across Delaware, Maryland, Pennsylvania, and Tennessee. The company operates more than 300,000 square feet of combined manufacturing space and employs over 750 steelworkers, ironworkers, engineers, and detailers. CSF provides structural steel as well as miscellaneous and ornamental metals for major projects, including data centers, stadiums, hospitals, universities, monuments, airports, and rail systems.

From 2000 to 2003, he founded and served as president of Immequire, LLC., which established one of the first call centers in the Philippines dedicated to supporting U.S.-based clients.

Lo currently serves as a director of the Mid-Atlantic Steel Fabricators Association, a trustee of The Episcopal Academy, and a member of the Wharton Leadership Advisory Board. Lo has an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, as well as an M.S. and a B.S. in electrical engineering and a B.A. in history, all from Stanford University.
