Lauren Ranalli

Lauren Ranalli is the president and chief executive officer of First Resource Bank and its holding company, First Resource Bancorp, Inc. A cofounder of the bank in 2005, Ranalli oversees all aspects of operations and strategy and serves on the board of directors as well as the Executive, Enterprise Risk, and Asset/Liability Committees.

Ranalli serves on the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking Advisory Board, the PA Bankers Services Corporation Board and the Chester County Economic Development Council Board. She is a former member of the OTCQX Issuer Advisory Council and the Federal Home Loan Bank of Pittsburgh’s Member Advisory Board. She was recognized as a 2018 CFO of the Year by the Philadelphia Business Journal.

Ranalli has served as a member of the Advisory Council for Catholic Elementary Education in Chester County and the West Chester Area Education Foundation Board. She also participates in the Villanova University School of Business Mentor Program.

Ranalli has a degree in accounting from Villanova University and is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking, where she also completed the Wharton Leadership Program at the University of Pennsylvania. She is a certified public accountant.
