J. Bradley Scovill

Before joining Citizens & Northern Bank in 2015, J. Bradley Scovill served as president and COO of Kish Bancorp, Inc. and Kish Bank in Belleville, PA. Previously, Scovill held various executive management positions with both PNC Bank, Sterling Financial Corporation, and Bank of Hanover & Trust Company.
Scovill serves as chairman of the Pennsylvania Bankers Association Public Affairs Committee and on the Williamsport/Lycoming County Chamber board of directors. His previous board memberships include the Chamber of Business and Industry of Centre County, The State Theatre as president, The Fulton Opera House Foundation as president, the United Way of York County as chairman, and the Hanover Area Chamber of Commerce as chairman. Scovill has a bachelor’s degree in finance from The Pennsylvania State University.
