Eugene J. Draganosky

Eugene J. Draganosky is the chair of the board and CEO of Traditions Bank, headquartered in York, PA. With more than 37 years of banking experience, Draganosky has held corporate and community banking leadership roles across central Pennsylvania since 1985. Prior to assuming his role as chief executive officer in 2017, Draganosky was named chief credit officer in 2008 and became a director and president in 2015. Before joining Traditions Bank, Draganosky held positions at CoreStates, First Union, Commerce, Waypoint, and Sovereign banks.
On behalf of Traditions Bank, Draganosky serves on the board of the PA Bankers Services Corporation and participates as a direct contact banker for the PA Bankers Association. He also volunteers on several community boards and committees, including the Appell Center for the Performing Arts, Better York, the York County Industrial Development Authority, the York Area Capital Campaign Advisory Group, and the Country Club of York. He previously served as board chair for the Appell Center for the Performing Arts, Junior Achievement of South-Central PA, the York County Chamber of Commerce, and the York County Library System.
Draganosky earned a master of business administration degree from Loyola College and a bachelor of science degree with concentrations in finance and management from LaSalle University.
