Donna LoStocco

Donna LoStocco has been president and CEO of First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union since 2016. First Commonwealth, with corporate offices in Bethlehem, PA, is the largest credit union in the Lehigh Valley. Under LoStocco’s leadership, it launched its Corporate Social Responsibility program in 2018 to focus on financial education; community partnerships; volunteerism; and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Prior to this role, LoStocco was the chief experience officer at Affinity Federal Credit Union in New Jersey for more than 18 years.

She currently serves on the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce board, the Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley board, the Delaware Valley Credit Union Executive Society board, and the DeSales Presidents Council, and is a member of the Women’s Giving Circle. She previously served as chair of the Somerset County Business Partnership board, the Ridewise board, and the Raritan Valley Community College Foundation board and on the boards of the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, the Volunteer Center of the Lehigh Valley, and the Delaware Valley Credit Union Executive Society.

LoStocco earned her M.B.A. from the University of Phoenix and her bachelor’s of science in business administration from Thomas Edison State College.
