Dana Strong is president of Xfinity consumer services for Comcast Cable. In this role, she is responsible for the go-to-market strategy of the residential business of Comcast Cable. Strong oversees Comcast’s Xfinity Brand and suite of products that service more than 31 million customers across the country.
Before joining Comcast, Strong served as president and chief operating officer at Virgin Media, a fully owned subsidiary of Liberty Global. She was responsible for driving growth and had oversight of the entire customer experience across Virgin Media’s consumer business unit, including broadband, video, and voice. She also served as senior vice president and chief transformation officer at Liberty Global, one of the world’s leading converged video, broadband, and communications companies.
Strong is a dual-degree graduate of the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor of science in economics from the Wharton School of Business and a bachelor of arts in history from the College of Arts and Sciences.
