Brian W. Jones

Brian W. Jones is president/CEO and director of The First National Bank of Elmer. In this capacity, he provides leadership for all bankwide initiatives, programs, and activities. Prior to this position, Jones served as senior vice president and chief lending officer of Newfield National Bank in Newfield, NJ.

Jones currently serves on the Board of Trustees and the Finance Committee for Friends School Mullica Hill, the Executive Advisory Council for Rohrer College of Business at Rowan University, and the Risk Management Association’s National Community Bank Council. He cochairs the Southern New Jersey Development Council’s Education/Workforce Development Committee and is chairman of the Past Presidents Council for the Garden State Council Boy Scouts of America.

He was named a 2018 Man of the Year by South Jersey Magazine and a 2017 Executive of the Year by South Jersey Biz magazine and was previously selected as the South Jersey Humanitarian of the Year by the Volunteer Center of South Jersey and Citizen of the Year by the Gloucester County Chamber of Commerce.

Jones is a graduate of the American Bankers Association Stonier Graduate School of Banking at the University of Delaware. He earned a B.A. in administrative studies from Glassboro State College, now Rowan University.
