Todd Zartman is the economic education specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. Before coming to the Bank, Zartman was a teacher at Palisades High School in Kintnersville, PA, from 2001 to 2004, and Liberty High School in Bethlehem, PA, from 1998 to 2001. Zartman is a member of the Global Association of Teachers of Economics, a 2002 participant in the New York Stock Exchange Summer Teachers’ Workshop, a participant in the National Council on Economic Education’s 2002 Russia Study Tour, and a 2006 participant in the National Council on Economic Education’s Train the Writers program in Bucharest, Romania. Zartman is a coauthor of the Keys to Financial Success teacher’s manual.
Zartman has a master’s degree in economic education and entrepreneurship from the University of Delaware as well as a B.S. in education from Delaware Valley College, where he specialized in business and technology education, and a B.A. in speech communications from the University of Richmond.
