Todd Zartman is the economic education specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. Before coming to the Bank, Zartman was a teacher at Palisades High School in Kintnersville, PA, from 2001 to 2004, and Liberty High School in Bethlehem, PA, from 1998 to 2001. He is a member of the National Association of Economic Educators, a member of the Global Association of Teachers of Economics, a 2002 participant in the New York Stock Exchange Summer Teachers' Workshop, a 2002 participant in the National Council on Economic Education's Russia Study Tour, and a 2006 participant in the National Council on Economic Education's Train the Writers program in Bucharest, Romania. He served as vice president of the New Jersey Financial Education Coalition from 2006 to 2008. He has a master's degree in economic education and entrepreneurship from the University of Delaware, as well as a B.S. in education from Delaware Valley College, where he specialized in business and technology education, and a B.A. in speech communications from the University of Richmond.
