On September 21, 2020, the Board of Governors issued an Advance Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (ANPR) on an approach to modernize regulations that implement the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA).
As regulators consider the first major update to CRA rules in 25 years, the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia invited you to join us to learn more about proposed changes to the rule and how you can provide feedback during the public comment period. Each webinar provided a general overview of CRA and highlight key questions in the ANPR. A brief presentation was followed by a Q&A session led by Bank experts.
