Overview

Operation Uplift’s mission is to share the Federal Reserve System’s expertise in consumer protection and personal finance to help participants learn how to manage their personal finances more effectively and to empower them to make informed decisions about spending, saving, credit, and more.

Successfully managing finances improves overall mental and emotional well-being by helping consumers be better prepared to navigate the changing financial landscape, gain control over their financial future, reduce stress, and cultivate a sense of security. The program will provide participants with the tools and knowledge to help them create a financial plan.

The Program

Operation Uplift is currently partnering with local colleges and universities to deliver seminars on financial management topics. In addition to helping participants with their financial future, we also want to introduce students to career opportunities at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. If you would like more information about the program, please email us at OperationUplift@phil.frb.org.
