About
Our People, Our Stories
When you work here, your work matters. All of our employees — across departments, roles, and seniority levels — have a story worth sharing. Our People, Our Stories showcases employees to tell the story of the Philadelphia Fed and celebrate the work we do to improve the Third District.
Cydnee Bryant
When sharing why the Bank is a great place to work with prospective employees, it helps that Cydnee truly sees and feels it. When Cydnee seeks out top candidates to join the team at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, she’s making the work we do here possible.
Her path to Human Resources was not necessarily straight and direct, but previous roles helped her realize that her strengths and passions lie in connecting with people at every career stage.

Dan Rennie
From ensuring bills are fit for circulation to crunching the numbers on operational efficiency, Dan helps make sure that depository institutions in the Third District have access to coin and currency.
Maggie Young
From intern, to full-time employee, to emerging leader – Maggie is making her mark as an early-career professional in the Bank’s communications department.
Tesia Lemelle
Tesia started her career in traditional banking, but when she joined our Supervision, Regulation, and Credit department, she had an opportunity to take her passion for helping people with their financial lives further than before. She’s making her mark by working with minority banks, ensuring access to banking services in places where there may not be a traditional bank.
She and her colleagues recognized that the Philadelphia Fed has the expertise and reach to educate young people about consumer protection issues and personal finance, creating a program that gives students the tools and information they need to make smart personal finance decisions.
