  • Jon Evans, President and Chief Executive Officer, Atlantic Community Bankers Bank, Camp Hill, PA, has been elected as a Class A director by member banks in Electoral Group 2. Mr. Evan's term will begin on January 1, 2015.
  • Carol Johnson, President and Chief Operating Officer, AlliedBarton Security Services, has been elected as a Class B director by member banks in Electoral Group 1. Effective January 1, 2015, Ms. Johnson will fill an unexpired term ending December 31, 2015, and fill a three-year term beginning on January 1, 2016.
  • Patrick T. Harker, President, University of Delaware, Newark, DE, has been reelected as a Class B director by member banks in Electoral Group 3. Dr. Harker's second term will begin on January 1, 2015.
