  • William S. Aichele, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Univest Corporation of Pennsylvania, Souderton, PA, has been elected as a Class A director by member banks in Electoral Group 1. Mr. Aichele's term will begin January 1, 2014.
  • Edward J. Graham, Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, South Jersey Industries, Folsom, NJ, has been elected as a Class B director by member banks in Electoral Group 2. Mr. Graham's term will begin January 1, 2014.
