  • Ted T. Cecala, Chairman & CEO, Wilmington Trust Corporation, Wilmington, DE, has been elected a Class A director by member banks in Electoral Group 1.   Mr. Cecala's term will begin January 1, 2008.
  • Keith S. Campbell, Chairman, Mannington Mills, Salem, NJ, has been elected as a Class B director by member banks in Electoral Group 2.  Mr. Campbell's term will begin January 1, 2008.
