The fourth Reinventing Older Communities conference focused on reinventing older communities in the wake of the foreclosure crisis and the federal government’s economic stimulus programs. The conference brought together 380 of the nation’s leading policymakers, community developers, bankers, researchers, funders, planners, and government representatives.
