On May 9–11, 2012, the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia and its co-sponsors welcomed community development innovators and leaders to the fifth biennial Reinventing Older Communities conference. This year’s theme was building resilient cities, with a particular focus on smaller cities that were once manufacturing centers. The conference agenda and brochure are listed below.
