When you’re a creative college student thinking about your career, a position at the Philadelphia Fed may not be the first place you look. But for Maggie Young, an opportunity to intern with the Bank’s strategic communications department opened a whole set of possibilities that she never would have imagined. Today, she helps support the Bank’s mission by telling the stories of our employees and their work.
Maggie also recognizes the importance of helping others gain the skills to build a successful career. That’s why she has taken a leadership role in the Bank’s employee resource group that focuses on career development.
