Ernest Dianastasis

Ernest (Ernie) Dianastasis is founder and chief executive officer of The Precisionists, Inc., a global administrative services and information technology company focused on employing 10,000 people with disabilities by the year 2025. In this role, he oversees all aspects of the company, which is headquartered in Wilmington, DE, but national in focus.

Previously, Dianastasis was a senior executive at CAI, an information technology company, which he grew to one of the three largest IT firms in the Delaware Valley. He also initiated CAI's operations in Shanghai, China, which opened in 2005.

Dianastasis is chairman of First State Innovation, a private sector-led nonprofit initiative to foster a more entrepreneurial environment in Delaware. He is a member of the Council on Competitiveness in Washington, D.C., a member (and former chairman) of the Delaware Business Roundtable, a member of the Delaware State Chamber Board of Directors, and chairman of the Vision Coalition of Delaware. He is also on the boards of the Greater Philadelphia Chamber of Commerce, the University City Science Center, and Pepco Holdings, Inc., and on the Select Greater Philadelphia's Strategic Operating Committee. In addition, Dianastasis is a current board member and past chairman of Easter Seals of Delaware and Maryland's Eastern Shore. He has an M.B.A. in management and a B.S. in finance from Lehigh University.
