Forecasters were asked to provide dated forecasts from May 1990. **The 2026Q1, 2019Q1, 2013Q4, and 1996Q1 surveys were all delayed because of federal government shutdowns, which in turn delayed the release of government statistical data. ***The 2025Q4 survey did not have the historical jump-off values (2025Q3) for most variables in the survey due to the lack of data from U.S. government statistical agencies caused by the shutdown of the federal government over the period from October 1, 2025, to November 12, 2025. The forecasters provided their projections for the missing historical values. The only exceptions for which the jump-off historical values were available are those for: Headline and core CPI inflation and interest rates.
