William H. Stone, Jr., First Vice President (1987-2010)

Bill Stone joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia in 1971. He served in various capacities in both the supervisory/regulatory and operations sides of the Bank. Stone served as first vice president and chief operating officer from 1987 until his retirement on December 31, 2010.
