William H. Stone, Jr., First Vice President

Bill Stone joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia in 1971. He has served in various capacities in both the supervisory/regulatory and operations sides of the Bank. Since 1987, Stone has served as first vice president and chief operating officer.
