We are pleased to announce the following election results:

Frederick “Ted” C. Peters, Chairman and CEO, Bryn Mawr Trust Company, Bryn Mawr, PA, has been re-elected as Class A director by member banks in Electoral Group 2. Mr. Peters's term will begin January 1, 2012.
Patrick T. Harker, President, University of Delaware, Newark, DE, has been elected as Class B director by member banks in Electoral Group 3. Mr. Harker's term will begin January 1, 2012.
