Attention: Chief Executive Officer

Subject: Election Results and Other Appointments

We are pleased to announce the following election results:

  • Ted T. Cecala, Chairman & CEO, Wilmington Trust Corporation, Wilmington, DE, has been elected a Class A director by member banks in Electoral Group 1.   Mr. Cecala's term will begin January 1, 2008.
  • Keith S. Campbell, Chairman, Mannington Mills, Salem, NJ, has been elected as a Class B director by member banks in Electoral Group 2.  Mr. Campbell's term will begin January 1, 2008.

Additionally, the following appointments were made by the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System and are effective January 1, 2008:

  • William F. Hecht, Retired Chairman, President & CEO, PPL Corporation, Allentown, PA, has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Directors.
  • Charles P. Pizzi, President & CEO, Tasty Baking Company, Philadelphia, PA, has been appointed Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors.
  • Jeremy Nowak, President & CEO, The Reinvestment Fund, Philadelphia, PA, has been appointed a Class C director.
