Rethink. Recover. Rebuild: Reinventing Older Communities

The Philadelphia Fed’s Community Affairs Department held its fourth biennial conference on reinventing older communities on May 12 to 14, 2010 in Philadelphia. The conference focused on rebuilding older communities in the wake of the foreclosure crisis and the federal government’s economic stimulus programs. Over 400 participants included leading policymakers, community developers, bankers, researchers, funders, planners, and government representatives.
