Community Profile: Ocean City, NJ Metropolitan Statistical Area (MSA)

Introduction

The Ocean City, NJ MSA consists of Cape May County and includes the principal city of Ocean City.* The MSA is located in southern New Jersey and lies between the Delaware Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. Cape May County borders Atlantic and Cumberland counties. The city of Ocean City lies at the northern tip of Cape May County, approximately 10 miles south of Atlantic City.
