Brian M. McNeill serves as a Class C director. He joined Southco as president and CEO in 2000. During his tenure, McNeill has led the global expansion of Southco, a leading designer and manufacturer of engineered access hardware. In the past several years, he led the expansion and creation of a new parent holding company called TouchPoint, Inc., where he serves as president and CEO. TouchPoint is a privately held, diversified growth company based in Concordville, PA. The company includes the access hardware platform anchored by Southco, a Medical Technology Platform led by ITD, and an Intelligent Vending Platform consisting of Supply Point Systems. TouchPoint companies conduct business in more than 80 countries in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.
Prior to joining Southco, McNeill served as executive vice president of Danaher Corporation. Before that, he spent 17 years at Ingersoll-Rand Company, serving as an officer of the company and in several executive positions. Since 2001, he has served on the board of advisors of Berwind Corporation and as cochair of the board for the past three years; he is currently chairman of the Finance Committee. Berwind is a private investment management firm based in Philadelphia and consists of diversified portfolio of industrial, pharmaceutical, and consumer goods companies. McNeill received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering from Rutgers University.
