Edward J. Graham serves as a Class B director. In April 2015, Graham retired from his role as chairman and CEO of South Jersey Industries, headquartered in Folsom, NJ. In 1981, he joined South Jersey Industries, where he held various professional and managerial positions before his election as an officer of the company in 1988. Previously, he was an internal auditor for Golden Nugget, Inc. and Midlantic Banks, Inc.
Graham has served previously on the Bank's Economic Advisory Council and is a former officer and member of the board of Choose New Jersey and the American Gas Association. He serves on the board of the New Jersey Manufacturers Insurance Company, the New Jersey Business & Industry Association, and the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey. He is also a member of Drexel University's Energy and Environment Council, as well as Stockton College's William J. Hughes Center for Public Policy and Lloyd Levenson Institute of Gaming, Hospitality and Tourism. In addition, he is a trustee of the Foundation of the New Jersey Alliance for Action.
Graham has a bachelor's degree in accounting from Rider University and an M.B.A. from Drexel University.
